Broker Opinion of Price

This is a brief report in which the broker gives an opinion of price on a particular property. Various tools which we use daily will be utilized in providing the most accurate opinion including broker knowledge of deeds, transfers, PVA data and other current listings in that area. This is not an appraisal but rather a quick valuation based on extensive market knowledge.

An Annual Operating Data Sheet, often referred to as an APOD, is a summary of expenses and income on a particular project. The information included in this reports will help your return over a given period of time. We will compile this information for you on every property you have listed.
