Jim Hutcherson

Jim is a Louisville native with over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate; primarily representing buyers and tenants to negotiate business transactions in the retail sector of the real estate industry. This includes site selection and negotiating with landlords, tenants, owners and sellers for ground leases, subleases, purchase contracts, build-to-suits and in-line leases.

Jim was formerly a partner in a a family apparel business and simultaneously worked as a manufacturer's represetative selling casual wear to local, regional and national retailers.

Jim is a member of Greatler Louisville Association of Realtors, PRP Business Association, Metro Neighborhood Planning and Design, and the Valley High Alumni Association. Jim is a Vietnam Veteran with the Kentucky National Guard and attended Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Louisville.
